Shipments are made via GLS courier or other reliable partners throughout Italy. Once the goods have been entrusted to the courier, you will receive an email and/or an SMS with the tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment. The package will be delivered to the address provided during the order confirmation.

In the event that the delivery address indicated during the order confirmation is incorrect, the courier may request additional costs for changes to the address, which will be borne by the consumer and must be paid in advance to Trendy Nails.

Shipping for orders over €99 is free. For orders under €99, shipping costs are €6.99.

Payment on delivery has a surcharge of €4.99, which will be added to the order total.
This option can be selected by choosing the CASH ON DELIVERY SHIPPING method and payment must be made exclusively in cash to the courier upon delivery.

The package will be delivered to the delivery address indicated at the time of ordering. If the recipient is not available, the courier will leave a notice of attempted delivery and will send a notification via SMS and/or email. This communication will include the GLS link for:

•⁠ ⁠Schedule a new delivery to the original address, choosing an alternative date and time;
•⁠ ⁠Request delivery to a different address;
•⁠ ⁠Request the goods to be held in storage at a GLS branch.
