You have 14 days to return your products, in accordance with current regulations. We will only accept returns for products that have not been used and are in the same condition in which they were received, i.e. with the packaging or protective film sealed and intact. The product must be returned complete with its original packaging, accessories, any external packaging and instructions. For hygiene and safety reasons, products that have been opened, used or tampered with cannot be returned. Return costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Upon receipt of the package, the Trendy Nails team will verify that the return conditions are met to proceed with the refund of the amount of the products including any delivery costs, within a maximum of 14 days from receipt of the return via the initial payment method.

In the event that the product received does not comply with the provisions of the contract, we invite you to contact us promptly through our customer service channels, present on our web page, providing the details of the product and describing the damage suffered. To allow us to verify the item, you will have to return it to the address indicated in the return document that you will find here. We will proceed with a careful inspection of the returned product and will communicate the outcome of the checks to you within a reasonable time.

Our decision regarding the complaint will be made promptly. The entire complaint process, including the resolution of the defect, will not exceed 30 days. Otherwise, you will have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract. The amount paid for the products returned due to damage or defects, if actually found, will be refunded to you in full, including the shipping costs incurred for both delivery and return. The refund will be made using the same payment method chosen for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed.

The products sold through this website are covered by the mandatory legal guarantee provided by law in favor of consumers, which protects against any lack of conformity existing at the time of delivery. The legal guarantee lasts for two years from the date of delivery of the product and covers any lack of conformity that may arise during this period.

A product is considered to have a lack of conformity in the following cases:
